Bareboat Rental Agreement

Parties & Vessel

This Bareboat Rental Agreement is between VIP Captain LLC ("EWR") and the renter named below ("Renter") for the supercar jetcar / personal watercraft described at pickup.

Term & Return

The rental begins and ends on the date/time agreed at the dock. The Renter agrees to return the vessel on time, in the same condition, fueled per policy, and to the same location.

Operator Requirements

The Renter must be 18+, present valid government ID, complete the safety briefing, obey all USCG navigation rules, no-wake and speed zones and capacity limits, and operate sober. No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Assumption of Risk

The Renter acknowledges that operating a jetcar/personal watercraft involves inherent risks of injury, death or property damage that cannot be eliminated, and voluntarily assumes all such risks. A USCG-approved life jacket must be worn at all times.

Release & Indemnification

The Renter releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EWR and its owners, agents and employees from any and all claims connected with the rental, including claims alleging EWR's own negligence.

Damage & Security Deposit

The Renter is financially responsible for loss of or damage to the vessel and equipment during the rental, and authorizes EWR to charge the card on file for damage, fuel, late return or recovery costs.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida; any action shall be brought solely in Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
