Participant Waiver & Release

Release of All Claims & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in Jetcar and Personal Watercraft activities entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in injury, paralysis, death or property damage, and I expressly assume all such risks. My participation is voluntary.

Life Jacket & Safety

I agree to wear a U.S. Coast Guard–approved personal flotation device at all times and to follow all instructions and the safety briefing.

Release & Indemnify

I voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIP Captain LLC and its agents, owners and employees from any and all claims connected with my participation, including claims alleging their own negligence.

Protective Wetsuit Advisory

I have been advised to wear properly fitted wetsuit bottoms or equivalent protection to guard against injuries near the jet thrust nozzle, and I understand the risks of declining this precaution.

Governing Law

Any lawsuit shall be brought solely in the State of Florida under Florida law. This document is valid for subsequent visits and participation at EWR.
